Heavy duty Module4 steel rack for gates 800kg and above

Sliding gates over 800kg in weight need to consider using full steel rack. Galvanized finish and twice the contact area of normal rack.

People often ask how do I know this rack will fit my gate. The simple answer is that 99% of all gate rack in Australia is what we call Module4.
With more than thirty years of trading we have stocked at least a dozen different racks and to this day still carry five different types and sizes. Only two are displayed here intentionally so as not to confuse.
Around the world gate rack is basically either Module4 or Module6. Each refers to the size and pitch of the teeth with Module4 being the most common and Module6 being used on industrial gates of three tons or more.
What you see on this site is Module4 rack in steel reinforced nylon for gates up to 800kg. The nylon outer allows for a quieter operation. The other rack is steel, larger in width but still the same pitch and designed for gates over 800kg.
If you are replacing your rack and hope for the fixing holes to line up with the old rack that may be wishful thinking as Module4 rack comes for hundreds of suppliers all over the world in different lengths with many different fixing points. The one thing that is common is they are always sold per metre so as long as you know your gate width you just order the appropriate number of metres.
