Description
If your gates need to swing outwards, you will need to either install the motors on the outside of the property orĀ install out swinging brackets.
Typically, swinging gates are installed to swing into the property. Occasionally, due to space constraints or sloping driveways, this is not possible. If your gates need to swing outwards, you will need to either install the motors on the outside of the property or install out swinging brackets.
These brackets are compatible with linear arm motors only. If you are fitting articulated arm motors, these motors will need to be installed on the outside of the property to allow the gates to swing outwards.
Please Note: Outswing brackets reduce the available space between your posts by approx. 150mm per side (Motors will sit inside the gates when open). Please ensure you have enough space to fit this equipment.
All swing gate operators come with inswing brackets. When you need to swing the gates out this outswing bracket is a must. Price is each – not pair.
