The range of your remote control can vary according to many things from environmental considerations and battery condition. To aid the range we install an antenna to the receiver unit and typically we use about a 150mm length of cable in the core terminal – effective in many conditions. If this is not providing the desired range you can install a coax cable antenna designed to be attached to both the core and the shield and sit external to the receiver and much higher. Comes with two metres of cable. Usually doubles approximately the range you were getting with the short antenna.
