Description

Solar regulators are used to control the flow of current to the battery. This protects the battery in particular from over voltage or “boiling” as it is often referred. On simple 10 watt systems typically used on farm gates we often will not use a regulator as the 10 watt panel simply does not have the power to damage the battery but on anything larger than 10 watts it is a must.

REGULATOR20A is suitable for bot 12 and 24 volt solar panels up to 20 amps and has LED’s which give you information about the battery condition.
